Our Client brought to us a pair of rocking chairs. The woodwork required polishing to restore the wood to its former glory. We reupholstered in Moon Arncliffe Taupe. The check pattern runs seamlessly from panel to panel.
The client was pleased with the amazing transformation and they take pride of place.
This traditional drop arm sofa needed to be fully restored and reupholstered to bring it back to life. We removed the existing webbings and foams and replaced black and white jute webbing base attaching coil spring system, lashing to fit. We had to remove 2 layers of existing fabric and restore. We reupholstered in Moon Arncliffe fabric. Naturally we took the utmost care that the check pattern run seamlessly from panel to panel.
Our client brought to us this lovely sofa that needed some TLC. We reupholstered in Art of the Loom Knightsbridge velvet. We replaced the cushions and added new legs.
This lovely piece is now restored.
This Duresta Lansdowne suite comprises a sofa and two armchairs. It has been restored in its original Duresta patterned jute tapestry fabric, which is exceptionally hardwearing as is to be expected from Duresta. This piece is available for sale, either in its current state, or it may be re-upholstered. Enquiries are welcome.
This stunning, newly upholstered pair of Duresta Waldorf sofas will undoubtedly make a bold statement in any room. The fabric is a luxury velvet draylon in a vibrant lime, raspberry and lilac stripe. Build quality is second-to-none as you would expect from Duresta, with a coil-sprung seat unit and super-loop back unit on a hardwood frame. This item is for sale, enquiries welcome. This traditional double-sided chaise/sofa was given a contemporary twist, being re-upholstered in an oversized houndstooth wool (Ripon) in dark navy by Ian Mankin. The result is absolutely stunning, a real talking point, and credit must go to the client for a bold choice of fabric which has paid off handsomely.
We re-upholstered this traditional armchair in a lovely Ian Mankin fabric, Perth, which is a cotton and linen blend with a rich textured hopsack weave. Bold and luxurious with an almost iridescent finish, it really does look stunning. With a refurbished seat cushion, it offers comfort to match its looks.
This stunning 3 piece suite is comprised of a Duresta Hornblower sofa and two Duresta Trafalgar armchairs. Fully restored with new cushions, and upholstered in sumptuously soft jet black Abraham Moon wool. This plain, but beautifully warm fabric offers a contemporary twist to the traditional lines of the furniture.
Our client chose a beautiful turquoise embossed velvet for the re-upholstery of this Edwardian low-armed armchair. The chair originally featured rope piping around the back and arms – but due to the lack of availability of a matching colour, we instead hand sewed each self-piped panel individually. The superb final result is true to the original character of the piece.
This pair of button-back armchairs have been reupholstered in ivory crushed velvet by Sunbury. The client requested contrasting crimson patterned seat cushions, with matching buttoning, and we were happy to oblige.
