Our client brought to us this lovely sofa that needed some TLC. We reupholstered in Art of the Loom Knightsbridge velvet. We replaced the cushions and added new legs.
This lovely piece is now restored.

Pair of Duresta Trafalgar sofas

Exquisite pair of Duresta Trafalgar sofas, newly re-upholstered in a luxury aubergine velvet. The fabric has a subtle slub effect which adds a contemporary feel. The back cushions and scatter cushions have been re-stuffed with duck feather, while the seat cushions are a latex foam and fibre wrap. Wooden finials and drop-down arms complete this traditional classic. This item is for sale, enquiries welcome. We will consider splitting the pair.

Loveseat in sliver grey velvet

Our client brought us this loveseast for re-upholstering, and provided us with a beautiful, exceedingly soft Zoffany sliver-grey velvet. Upon stripping, it became apparent that some repairs were required to the foam on the arms. Once this was done, and the new fabric applied, the piece is now restored to A1 condition and looks fantastic.

Ligne Roset Togo chairs & footstools

An absolute furniture design icon since 1973 (and still being manufactured), the Togo collection by Ligne Roset is arguably the last word in relaxed lounging. Multiple density foam construction, coupled with quilted covers, offer comfort that is wonderfully inviting.

We have fully re-covered these two fireside chairs and ottomans in beautiful soft velvet, the colour is best described as ‘Cadbury’s Purple’!

It takes a great deal of time, skill and patience to recreate the signature ‘wrinkled’ look which has made this design such a favourite over the years, but all the effort is rewarded with the final result.

Parker Knoll fireside chair

This Parker Knoll PK720 wingback chair has been beautifully reupholstered in Sunbury ivory crushed velvet. At the client’s request, the technique used differed slightly from the norm, in that the inside back and wing panels were applied with the pile running ‘upside down’, to create a different kind of shading when the velvet catches the light.

Despite the proliferation of sofas and chairs named ‘Woburn’ on the high street, this must surely be the original and best. Long-standing English manufacturer Duresta is famed for its build quality. With its signature curved bottom rail this Woburn is a timeless classic, and looks superb in deep purple velvet.
