Exquisite pair of Duresta Trafalgar sofas, newly re-upholstered in a luxury aubergine velvet. The fabric has a subtle slub effect which adds a contemporary feel. The back cushions and scatter cushions have been re-stuffed with duck feather, while the seat cushions are a latex foam and fibre wrap. Comprising two seat sofa, armchair and footstool, this Duresta Lansdowne set has been carefully restored and is present in the original Duresta embossded chenille.
This stunning 3 piece suite is comprised of a Duresta Hornblower sofa and two Duresta Trafalgar armchairs. Fully restored with new cushions, and upholstered in sumptuously soft jet black Abraham Moon wool. This plain, but beautifully warm fabric offers a contemporary twist to the traditional lines of the furniture.
This Duresta set has what we believe is known as the ‘wow’ factor. Whilst it looks great in the photos, they really can’t do it full justice, and it needs to be seen in the flesh to be fully appreciated. The set is composed of two Duresta Hornblower sofas and two Duresta Trafalgar armchairs, all covered in pewter-grey wool for an up-to-date look which will harmonise with any number of decoration schemes.
The zebra-patterned fabric on this huge Duresta rectory stool was not to the new owner’s taste, so we recovered it in something a little more subtle. The Harris Tweed herringbone wool is wonderfully soft and warm, and will be a fantastic centrepiece for a living room. The tops of the wood turned legs are finished in brown studwork.
These classic Duresta Trafalgar armchairs have been reupholstered in Art Of The Loom pewter wool. A wonderful traditional design, interest is provided by piping and borders along the arms, bottom of the front and top of the back. These chairs are currently for sale, enquiries are welcome.
Deriving inspiration from the grand London Gentlemen’s clubs of St James’, the Lansdowne is one of Duresta’s traditional classics. The low arm sweeps beautifully from front to back. We re-upholstered a pair of these wonderful pieces in super soft pewter grey wool from Art Of The Loom.
