Headboard made to client’s own specific measurements, covered in grey/sand check wool. We designed it with a recess at the back, so that it fits over the fixings and sits flush against the wall behind.

B&B Italia Harry chair in white leather
This absolutely beautiful B&B Italia leather chair came to us in need of some cosmetic attention. By the time we’d professionally cleaned it up, it looked as good as new. We’re delighted that the very first person to view it offered it a new home, and it’s sure to give them pleasure for many years to come.
Duresta Hornblower & Trafalgar suite
This Duresta set has what we believe is known as the ‘wow’ factor. Whilst it looks great in the photos, they really can’t do it full justice, and it needs to be seen in the flesh to be fully appreciated. The set is composed of two Duresta Hornblower sofas and two Duresta Trafalgar armchairs, all covered in pewter-grey wool for an up-to-date look which will harmonise with any number of decoration schemes.
Orange check chair
A one-off, hand made (and home-made we are told) chair with removable seat cushion for storage. There was a lot of love in the workshop for the short, squat shape of this piece! As can be seen from the ‘before’ photo, it was in a poor state of repair and seemed to have suffered at the claws of a cat (a problem we come across very often!)
The client’s choice of orange/camel/grey plaid wool looks fantastic on the renovated chair. Naturally we took the utmost care that the check pattern runs seamlessly from panel to panel.
Mackintosh style dining chairs
When we received this pair of Mackintosh-style dining chairs, they were in urgent need of renovation. They were covered in paint-splatters, the seat of one was cracked, and of course the covers needed replacing. We rubbed down the frames and re-sprayed them black. The cracked wooden seat was replaced and new foam was applied to both chairs. The seats were then covered in a bold purple & black retro geometric pattern from Sunbury Design. It would have been very easy to select a ‘safer’ fabric, but the client was keen for something unusual which would stand out. The transformation is amazing and the result is a stunningly impactful pair of occasional chairs, ideal for brightening up a small space like a hallway. This project shows how a bold and adventurous choice of fabric can really pay dividends.

Cassina Maralunga set
Designed in 1973 by Vico Masgistretti, the Cassina Maralunga was strikingly modern at conception, and still retains the same aesthetic appeal today (45 years later!), the sure sign of a design icon. We have restored this fantasic piece, it retains its original burgundy cashmere wool. The set comprises chair, footstool and a somewhat unusual 2.5 seater size sofa. This item is currently for sale, enquiries are welcome.
